Yes Today is Wednesday

Wow, I can't believe that today is already Wednesday.  Where does the time go?

Since I have so much beautiful roving, I knew I needed to pull the wheel out.  Bibby gave me this roving from Wooly Treasures and it has been calling my name.  Aren't the colors beautiful?

I am moving right along on the Secret of the Stole III and have finished clue 4.  The AU socks are also almost finished.  A plain vanilla pair of socks knits up quickly.

A big thank you goes out to Maddy for this blog award.

Since it is Whiskers on Wednesday I tried to have some action shots for your enjoyment but the subects just were not cooperating and this is all I've got.

I love those colours, perfect.

Don't get the 'vanilla' reference, that doesn't seem to be on my colour wheel!

I have every sympathy with unco-operative cats [and you!]
Cheers

That roving is gorgeous and it is spinning up so well.

I would say the socks look good, but it is just those colors. LOL

See you tomorrow night!

Isn't sleeping the definition of a cat's job? Gorgeous colours on your spun yarn.

What? That's not an action shot? LOL

I need to knit some plain vanilla socks - that is just the type to knit while watching the high school football games! Just curious... do you use a pattern on just knit on-the-fly? That roving looks divine!

All cats, with the exception of kittens need Ritalin!!! They are in a constant state of sleep coma.
Congrats on your "Beautiful Knits" award, you certainly deserve it. You should also get an award for knitting speed.
Great job with the spinning!!!!

I think perhaps the cats are telling you to take life at a more sedate pace. They clearly think they're being active enough.

Congrats on the award! The roving is beautiful. I love the colors.

I think napping is an action shot as far as cats are concerned. :)
