Fresh Off the Needles
The Socktoberfest socks are finished just in time and here is the proof.
Opal Rainforest Collection Zebra
Size 2 (2.75mm) DP needles
Started October 21 and Finished October 30
A big thanks goes out to Lolly for hosting the Socktoberfest. I was spurred on to finish 3 pairs of socks during the month of October.
DH took Beamer and Taz to Dr. Jimmy for their annual checkups the vet and found an abnormality in Beamer's kidney. I have to take him in the morning for a ultrasound. If you remember Beamer is the "psycho kitty" and the vet said this could possibly be one of the reasons for his behavior. Of course I just hope that it is nothing serious but I will wait for the results first.
Bettna is also progressing. I have finished the lower back and am now starting the lower right front. I haven't knitted any Noro in a while and am loving the color change. I guess I am easily amused.
I thought the Typepad upgrade was going to improve our blogging efforts. NOT. I have worked on this post forever and now I just hope it will post.

i really hope the test results come back okay for little beamer! poor little guy, if you choose to do surgery would it change his psycho ways? please me updated on the booger:)

Woo, nice job on the socks! I'm on the fence about how to use my zebra yarn. I've also seen the socks done with black heels and toes that looked pretty snazzy.

Very nice socks. I just finished a Flamingo pair. See, you even get compliments from an Alabama graduate (MLIS). This time of year, I stress that I am a Georgia Southern graduate. I did use Opal Tiger for socks for my nephew
